Our 3 Gîtes

Situated together in our small, rural hamlet Les Vergnes

Our three cottages are traditional 19th Century, farmhouse gîtes with original oak beams and characterful features set together in a small and quiet hamlet just outside the town of Exideuil sur Vienne (16150) in the beautiful Charente region of South West France.  All are comfortable and cosy holiday homes with a shared plunge pool, pretty BBQ terrace, sun lounging area, garage parking and an extensive 2 acre garden with sand pit, play area and views of the open countryside.  
**We welcome well behaved Dogs too**

The Gites have a lovely fresh feel to them due to the thick stone walls and we enjoyed the beautifully relaxed and tranquil setting.  The covered parking was a bonus for keeping the car out of the summer sun. 
Stuart and Kerstin were lovely from the start and made every effort to help answer questions.

We stayed in Maison Cogulet at Les Vergnes Gites for a week in July 2019.
On our arrival we received a very warm welcome from our hosts Kerstin & Stuart, who live nearby, and they were always willing to assist us with any requests.
Maison Cogulet is a very traditional and characterful property which has been very tastefully decorated and is extremely comfortable with a small terrace which is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The gite is fully equipped with all the facilities you would require.
The large garden area, plunge pool and barbecue area are a great addition to an excellent location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend these gites and the wonderful hosts to anyone.
